DIFFUSIX TECHNOLOGY: The scientifically designed perforations and crumple zones prevent the forces of teeth grinding and jaw clenching to relieve pain and reduce the likelihood of dental injury. The perforations oscillate on impact and carry those forces towards the crumple zones and away from your teeth.

The SOVA Night Guards are scientifically designed to fit cross the front 6-6 teeth when used on the upper jaw. This means that subsequent molars behind are not directly covered but importantly, receive indirection protection as well. The concept is that the 1.6mm-2.4mm (thickness depending on the selected SOVA Night Guard model) barrier that is between your front 6-6 teeth will also prevent the back molars from being able to come together or grinding. The SOVA guard will become pliable, so that you can easily mould the night guard to the exact custom fit for your teeth. REMOULDABLE: Didn’t get the fit right the first time? Simply place the SOVA 3D back into hot water; it will return to its original preformed shape. The SOVA guards are remouldable up to 20 times, so they are also ideal for anyone progressing through orthodontic treatment.

Better than the $800 the dentist quoted!

My son and I were both grinding so I was quoted $800 each for a mouth guard ant the dentist (with zero back from my health fund) and told it would be far better quality than getting one anywhere else. I’m glad I decided to do further research because Sova has been terrific and given it would take me 16 years even if I had to buy one every year to spend $800 it’s absolutely worth it!!

Night guard

Afraid I made it a bit too tight… will redo it until it doesn’t squeeze quite so much….

Instant relief

It took me a few times to get a comfortable fit but I can now wear it all night and it has given me instant relief. I have only been using it for a week so hopefully it continues to work in the long term.

So far so good

Early days, but the guard is comfortable and has stopped me grinding my teeth. I had to remould it twice to get a comfortable fit but the process is quick and simple.

Tricky to get good fit

This seems like a great idea but I have remoulded mine 4 times already and still find it makes my teeth ache, similar to wearing a brace. It does stop me clenching my teeth but I can rarely keep it in all night. Top tip, lie down to mould it to your preferred nighttime mouth position!
